Can't believe it took me almost 100 nuggets to bring up the easy peasy lemon squeezy! 🍋

Lemons are packed with all kinds of goodness, and lemon water is an easy way to get this into your body.
Plus, it's a great way to get more WATER into your body!
Lemons add electrolytes and vitamins into the water, which help to keep you hydrated.
Lemons are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and potassium. And while they are acidic, they have a net alkalizing effect on the body, which is a plus, since most of us tend to run too acidic.
They are also anti-inflammatory, and chronic inflammation is enemy #1!

You can juice or blend the lemons and add them to a pitcher of water, or just slice them up and toss them in.
