One of the biggest sources of bad health is self-sabotage!
And one of the biggest sources of self-sabotage is stinkin' thinkin' - or - self-defeating thoughts.
The human condition is rough.
Whatever else you may be, you are for sure a human being.
This means that you come with quirks and flaws and also amazingness... just like everyone else!
Don't beat yourself up for the quirks and flaws!
Just breathe deep, accept them for the moment, and have compassion for yourself.
All good stories, movies, books, etc. need to have points of friction, challenges, etc. to be a good story. Otherwise, it's boring as hell!
Think of your issues as part of what's going to make your story a good one!
The ending is still unwritten.
Have compassion for yourself! Warts and all, as they say.
