For such a "fun" topic, that picture looks a little plain to me... sorry about that...?
I guess they are just not wearing any makeup or something! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyway...

Yes, at any and all ages, PLAY is an important part of health!

Play is something that can embody simple joy. Think of things you may have enjoyed as a child. They're things that you're not going to be evaluated on. Not a competition! Just something done for pure simple joy.

Maybe get a yo-yo and see if you can still do any of those tricks.
(I don't think I was ever able to do anything impressive with a yo-yo... but it was fun to try!)
Make a paper doll and some outfits for it.
Go play in the sand or dirt.
Play with an Etch-a-sketch.
Color.

It's totally up to you!

(Most of my play these days probably happens when I'm decorating postcards to send to a kid or to someone who likes stickers and stuff like that. Also, I do have an old set of Fisher Price Little People from the '70s in a shoe box that I take out once in a while!
